Introduction
The Credix platform is available in English Language. The English version is the original and binding version and shall prevail over any other language version in case of Mismatch. Credix is not responsible for any erroneous, inadequate, or misleading translations unless such translations are officially communicated to users.
Access and Agreement
Credix allows access to its platform and related services to any individual or corporate entity (hereinafter referred to as the Investor or Client) according to the procedures and the terms described in this agreement.
This Agreement becomes effective on the date the Investor opens an investment account and transfers funds to the Company’s account(s) to meet the minimum investment deposit requirement. References to an individual in this agreement include corporate entities, unincorporated associations, partnerships, and individuals.

Investors and Company Responsibilities
Investors acknowledge and agree that the Company cannot be held liable for actions taken by the Investor during investing/trading or conversion operations. Monitoring investment and trading accounts is the responsibility of the Investor.
1: The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement and will notify Investors via email at least two business days prior to the effective date of any amendments.
2: All rights and obligations of the Company and Investors represent a long-term commitment and remain in force until the Company receives notice of termination from the Investor or the Investor closes their Credix account.
3: The Company is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations related to the quality of online communication or information delivered to the Investor’s terminal.
4: Market recommendations or information communicated to an Investor by Credix or its representatives do not constitute an offer to conduct any operation or transaction.
User Representation
Users must agree to the terms and conditions before using the service, either by clicking an acceptance button or by using the platform.
Users must ensure that reviews or content shared on the platform do not contain offensive language, profanity, racist, or hate speech.
Intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the property of Credix or its licensors. Usage is governed by this agreement.
Dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration or mediation, may apply in case of conflicts.
Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions. Any questions or clarifications should be addressed to Credix directly.
Reviews policy
you should have firsthand experience with the object being reviewed,
your reviews should not contain offensive profanity offensive, or hate language, your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability. Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity, you may not organize encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative. We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. We have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate
Social Media Policy
As part of the functionality of the Site, you may link your account with online accounts you either: providing your Third-Party Account login information through the Site allowing us each Third-Party Account.
You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login you of any of the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account, and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage service provider of the Third-Party Account.
